At OpTic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the tracking number is scanned to begin the processing phase.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
